Gallery ip telephony enables Smooth migration to “all ip” voip deployments based on ims / packetcable 2.0

While the industry continues to deploy Softswitches, new IMS specifications have been defined and were adopted as the de-facto standard for wireline and wireless environments. The transition from stand-alone softswitch deployments to an IMS / PacketCable2.0 based solution is a significant change in concept, from architecture with a PSTN orientation to an "all IP" solution.   

This transition brings along many advantages such as convergence of the infrastructures, introduction of Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), and Advanced Applications and Sevices. This change from one technology to another also creates new challenges in the network aspects such as Provisioning, Routing, Operation and Management.
